Kundalini yoga as the name suggests focuses on awakening the kundalini energy situated at the bottom of the spine with help of a combination of meditation, movements, rhythmic breathing & chanting of mantras. Kundalini yoga is practiced in order to increase physical strength & to awaken inner consciousness. It helps in detoxifying the body & mind, helps in getting rid of bad habits/addictions & increases concentration of mind.
